Privacy
Short, because there is little to disclose.
What we collect, and why
Contact form submissions: your name, email, optional company, the service and budget options you pick, and your message. We store these so we can reply, and for no other purpose.
Page-view counts: which pages are visited, the referring site's hostname, and a device class (desktop, mobile, tablet). This tells us which services people actually read about.
Google Analytics, on the public pages of this site. It records the pages you visit, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device, and it sets a cookie so returning visits can be recognised. It is not used for advertising and it is not given your name, your email, or anything you type into the contact form. It does not run on the staff sign-in or admin pages.
What we deliberately do not do
No advertising pixels, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking. Nothing is sold, shared, or transferred to anyone beyond the analytics described above.
Visitor counting works without identifying you: a one-way hash built from a random value that is rotated and destroyed every 24 hours. It cannot link your visits across days, and it cannot be reversed into your address.
Retention
Raw page-view records are deleted after 90 days. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is live and archived after; email us to have yours deleted at any time.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the contact form and mark the message as a privacy request. We answer within 1 business day, the same as everything else.
